- Identify, recruit, and qualify Oracle’s top talent in Saudi Arabia market
- Create and implement strategic recruitment and resourcing programs
- Manage the full recruiting life cycle, including screening, interviews, and offers
- Find top talent using internet sourcing tools, networking, and research
- Target candidates and build a strong pipeline to proactively recruit talent at all levels
